The Company was originally incorporated as Harbin Renhuang Pharmaceutical Stock Co. Ltd. in 1996 and was reorganized from a closely held limited-liability company to a public limited-liability company in 2001.

    2004

    Renhuang is named “Outstanding Small Enterprise of Harbin” by the Harbin city government

    Renhuang’s project for Ah City Biotech Medicine Park is listed in the supported and tax-advantaged     
    programsfor the development of Northeastern industry by the National Development and Reform Commission

    Renhuang’s process development project of one-step extraction of Lysozyme enzyme is listed in the         “National Torch Programs” as a key project for the development of high technology

    Renhuang’s Ah City manufacturing facility and Dongfanghong manufacturing facility receive GMP (“Good         Manufacturing Practice”) certification

    Renhuang establishes the post-doctoral research work station upon government’s approval

    2006

    Renhuang is reorganized to a new company, Harbin Renhuang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.

    Renhuang becomes a publicly-traded company in the U.S. through a reverse merger and is quoted on
    the OTCBB under the ticker symbol “RHGP”

    2007

    Renhuang completes the acquisition of Qingyang Herbal Extracting Factory, a manufacturing facility
    that processes raw herbal plants into extracts – the intermediate material for Chinese herbal medicine
    finished products to expand the Company’s herbal extracting capabilities

    Renhuang receives a AAAEnterprise Credit Rating from Chinese Academy of International Trade &     EconomicCooperation (CATEC) of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China

    2009

    Renhuang is awarded the prestigious High-Technology Enterprise certificate (“Certificate”) by the
    government of Heilongjiang Province, gaining access to a series of national and local government support
    programs, including favorable tax treatment, intellectual property protection, and technical support from the
    central and local government.
