Mr. Shaoming Li, CEO and Chairman of the Board

         Founded Renhuang Pharmaceuticals in 1996. Mr. Li has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical      　        and healthcare industry and is a well-known entrepreneur in China with outstanding leadership and                    managemen skills. Mr. Li has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from China Central University of Finance          and Economics and holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Sean Shao, Chairman of Audit Committee, independent director

        Mr. Shao has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting in the US and Asian capital
        markets. He currently serves as a director and chairman of the audit committee of several NASDAQ
        -listed companies and also serves as chairman of the compensation committee of an NYSE-listed
        company. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Shao served as the CFO of Trina Solar Limited, an NYSE-listed
        integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products. During his tenure, Mr. Shao assisted Trina
　     Solar in its initial public offering on the NYSE. Mr. Shao also served as the CFO of ChinaEdu
        Corporation, an educational service provider and Watchdata Technologies Ltd., a China-based
        security software company. Prior to that, Mr. Shao gained valuable experience working in several
        managerial positions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for over a decade.Mr. Shao holds a Master's
        degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified
        Public Accountant and member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Changxiong Sun , Chairman of Nominating Committee, independent director

         Dr. Sun is a professor of Management Science and Engineering, and a doctoral tutor at the School of          Management of Harbin Institute of Technology, one of China's leading universities. Dr. Sun has previously          served in senior managerial positions with companies in the private and public sector. He has also served          as deputy Secretary General of the Harbin Municipal Government Committee from 2004 to 2005. Dr. Sun          holds a PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology.

Mr. Bingchun Wu, Chairman of Compensation Committee, independent director

         Mr. Wu has been the Team Leader of Chinese Medicine Research Group at the Heilongjiang Province          Chinese Medicine Research Institute. Mr. Wu also served as the Chief Expert of Chinese Medicine          at theHeilongjiang Province Science and Technology Department. Prior to that, he was Director of the          Chinese Medicine Pharmacology Research Office. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy          Science from China Medical College and a degree in Finance from Harbin University of Commerce.

Dr. Dianjun Pi, Executive Manager

         Mr. Pi joined Renhuang in 2004 as an Executive Manager. Prior to his tenure with the Company, he          served as Assistant General Manager of Kuihua Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. a drug producer                 located in Heilongjiang Province. Between 1992 and 2003, he served as the Vice President of china                   Resources Snow Co. Ltd., a national beverage firm.
